Conspiracy Timelines (conspiracytimelines.com) is run by WeldonPC, 5829 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125. Using the site means accepting these terms.

Members’ content

Timelines and events are written by members. They are members’ claims, not established fact, and they are not the opinion of WeldonPC. WeldonPC does not check members’ sources. You are responsible for what you file, and you must follow the content policy. You keep the rights to what you write and give WeldonPC permission to show it on this site until you delete it.

Removal

WeldonPC may hide or remove any item, and suspend or ban any account, that breaks these terms or the content policy, or that is the subject of a legal notice. Items reported from three different networks are hidden automatically until reviewed (several accounts on one network count once). An item hidden pending review cannot be edited or deleted by its author until it is reviewed.

The Poster plan

Posting costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year once payments are switched on; during the preview it is free and no payment details are taken. When payments are on: you can cancel at any time and keep posting until the end of the period you paid for; payments are not refunded for part periods; an account banned for breaking the content policy is not refunded.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for members’ content or for any loss from using the site.
